Returns & Cancellations
For health-protection and authenticity reasons, sealed nicotine and tobacco products cannot be returned once opened. Unopened goods and faulty hardware can be returned under the rules below.
Unopened goods
Unopened, resaleable items may be returned within 14 days of delivery where local consumer law provides a withdrawal right. Products excluded from withdrawal by health-protection rules are marked at checkout.
Faulty hardware
Devices, chargers and pods that fail within their warranty period are replaced or refunded after inspection. Contact support with your order number and a description of the fault.
Incorrect or damaged deliveries
Report damage or discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the outer packaging and contents so we can raise a carrier claim and reship without cost.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banking timelines depend on the provider and typically complete within ten business days.
Cancellation before dispatch
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once handed to the carrier, the return process applies.
Health warning
Nicotine is addictive. Tobacco products cause cancer. These products are intended for adults who already use nicotine and are not a smoking-cessation medicine unless authorised as such in your market.
