Policy
Shipping & Customs
We dispatch from the European Union with tracked, signature-on-delivery services. Routes activate only after customs, excise, tax and carrier checks for the destination are complete.
Active markets
We deliver to every destination listed at checkout. Shipping is free worldwide and no reference is restricted by product class.
Transit times
Indicative transit for active European markets is two to five business days. Intercontinental routes are quoted per destination at checkout once activated.
Duties and taxes
Where duties or excise are payable, they are calculated at checkout and shown separately before you confirm. Destinations outside the EU may levy additional import charges set by local authorities.
Age-verified delivery
Carriers verify age at handover where the destination requires it. Deliveries cannot be left unattended, and failed verification results in return and refund of the goods value.
Tracking
A tracking reference is issued at dispatch and can be followed from the tracking page using your order number and email address.
Health warning
Nicotine is addictive. Tobacco products cause cancer. These products are intended for adults who already use nicotine and are not a smoking-cessation medicine unless authorised as such in your market.
